Life itself is stressful in many ways. The thing is that everyone gets to be stressed out or have the feeling of stress. Work for me can be stressful in a different way, not like the kind of stress you would get when you are late for somewhere or your car is broke on the side of the road. One of the most stressful things about my life is that i think what’s next as like where im heading next,and me or a person can be or get stressed out even withe just a single word never mind something bigger than that.
Ever since i got in to the GED class I have been stressed out of the possibility of not passing class and that what i have in planned is not going to happen my way. So i have been thinking that i need to try and stop being stressed because all i can do is what’s in my hands.
So all i do is try to go out with friends,go by the gym to kill some time and mabey play some soccer, thats how i lett stress out of my mind and body bot as i said before that stress surrounds us all day long.In my mind is that the more someone knows that they are stressed out the better chance they got understanding that this thing is stressful.
